Our Customer Service team is the vital link between our customers and us and it’s up to you to make that connection great. We need born communicators who know how to deliver the great service that means our customers put the phone down happy.

You’ve already established yourself in a similar role and have a personality that both customers and colleagues warm to instantly. With the ability to influence people, negotiate effectively and the skills to communicate complex information. With a keen eye for detail and excellent keyboard skills mean you’re able to accurately input data, and your spelling and number skills are as good as your telephone manner.

Self-motivated and determined to be the best you can be, as a strong team player you’re able to see the big picture and understand that what you do impacts on the team as well as you: as such you go the extra mile in your quest for great performance.

In a targeted driven environment you will be a fast learner, you’ll quickly get to grips with our products and services, advising customers of new developments as necessary and maintaining your knowledge in this area as the company changes and evolves.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be handling a range of calls, responding to questions articulately and providing full and clear information to customers as required, presenting information in a logical order and ensuring that there’s no room for confusion. You’ll resolve simple billing enquiries, obtain and record customer data and generally deliver the high standards of service our callers expect from us.
