Treasury & Purchasing Director
Adrian Coats was appointed as Treasury & Purchasing Director and member of the Executive Team in July 2007.
His responsibilities include treasury, investor relations, purchasing and insurance. He is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and joined ScottishPower on privatisation in 1990. Since then he has been responsible for the debt financing of the ScottishPower group as well as foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.
He is a Trustee of the Scottish Power Pension Fund and a Director of Murray Income Trust PLC.
