Marion Venman
Marion was appointed Head of Legal and General Secretary in October 2007. Prior to this, she was the Legal and Commercial Director for EnergyNetworks.
Marion is responsible for the provision of all legal advice and support across the group business units, including advice to the ScottishPower board. Additional responsibilities include maintenance of the corporate governance framework and corporate structure management.
Prior to joining ScottishPower, Marion held various roles in Clyde Blowers, Seagram Distillers plc, John Wood Group plc and a traineeship with Scottish Enterprise.
She holds a LLB (Hons) Dip LP form the University of Strathclyde.
