Willie MacDiarmid is the Director responsible for our Energy Retail business.
Appointed to this position in September 2005, Willie was previously Managing Director of Customer Sales and Services, and has been instrumental in building ScottishPower’s customer facing processes and reputation.
Since joining us in 1989, his roles have included Sales and Marketing Director of Energy Supply (where he led ScottishPower’s strategy to maximise customer growth in the deregulating energy market) and Managing Director of ScottishPower’s former chain of electrical retail shops and superstores.
