Ian Russell Confirmed To Succeed Sir Ian Robin

As previously announced, ScottishPower today confirms that Ian Russell will succeed Sir Ian Robinson as Chief Executive on 17 April 2001. Sir Ian Robinson will step down from the Board of Scottish Power plc on 4 May 2001.
