ScottishPower today announced that Keith Cochrane, Director of Group Finance, and Susan Reilly, currently overseeing the sale of PacifiCorp to MidAmerican Holdings, would join the Executive Team with immediate effect

Keith Cochrane, who joined ScottishPower in June 2003 as Director, Group Financial Reporting, is responsible for developing and delivering the company's integrated financing strategy and has supported the Executive Team in driving and reporting business and financial performance. 

In June 2005 Susan Reilly took on responsibility for completing the sale of PacifiCorp next year. Before that, she ran the Strategic Transaction business, expanding ScottishPower's fleet of gas-fired power stations and helping ScottishPower become the biggest windfarm developer in the UK.

Ian Russell, ScottishPower's Chief Executive, said: "I am delighted to welcome Keith and Susan to the Executive Team.  They have both played key roles within ScottishPower over the past few years and will be strong additions to the team."  The 11-strong Executive Team is responsible for the day-to-day running of ScottishPower.
